Acts 15:36-41 – Beginning of a study of the Gospel of Mark. John Mark (who wrote the gospel) deserted Paul and Barnabas on an early mission journey. Before the next journey Paul would not let John Mark go with him. But later in the Book of Acts we read where John Mark had become a much loved friend and brother in spreading the Gospel.
