God’s Providential Care for Us – 2 Kings 2:1-14. He will watch over us for His love endures forever
Titus 1:1-4. What does that term mean?
Ichabod means the glory of God has left this place. Ebenezer means the Lord has helped us to reach this point. How did Israel go from the first to the second?
We can’t work our way into Heaven, no matter how hard we try. We can only be saved through faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.
We, as people, are prone to wander from our God. We need help to prevent that.

Moses sent 12 men to spy out the land of Canaan for the Israelites. Only two, Joshua and Caleb, had faith to say with the Lord they could take the land. Caleb was described as having a different spirit than the others – a faithful and courageous spirit. Numbers 14:20-24
Beware the Lukewarm Church – Jesus’ letter to the church at Laodicea. They thought they were rich and successful but were measuring the wrong things. Revelation 3:14-22
